Living on Island Time! Private Gated Community, Walk to the beach, See the Beach from the Balcony. Great for family, Pet friendly, This two story beauty is located inside Port A city limits, and has plenty of room for the whole family. Two bedrooms on the second floor; one with a King and one with a Queen size bed. The first floor has 2 bedrooms; one with a Queen bed and the other bedroom has 2 sets of twin size bunk beds (bunk-room). In the hallway on the first floor, there is an additional set of built in Ship Bunks. The custom twin Ship Bunks come equipped with USB charging stations. There is a NEW REMODELED & Heated community pool / hot tub, plus Palapas, BBQ, & Bar area for your use just steps away from your front door. This unit is equipped with a Whole Home WiFi wireless internet MESH network. There are also HD flat screen TV's in each of the bedrooms along with a large HD flat screen in the living room. All TV's have HD local channels, 50+ cable channels, each equipped with a ROKU streaming device. The kitchen is fully stocked & includes KEURIG as well as a standard coffee maker. No need to pack your beach gear. For your convenience you are given use of x2 bicycles, a new beach wagon, a canopy, beach chairs, and more buckets, shovels, and sand castle molds than you will be able to use. You have garage access as well as parking up to FOUR vehicles at the property. We also have a charcoal grill for your use. This home is just a short walk to the beach! Come and relax on "Island Time"!

Loved the place

Really enjoyed the property. Needs some minor maintenance done, doors don’t latch properly, oven cook top does not work properly and dryer needs worked on. We will for sure stay again in the future. Love that it has a gate and private drive for the safety of our children.

The listing was accurate. The rental was very clean and cozy...everything was perfect for our family. We did have some issues arise but the contact person was quick to respond to my text messages and call. The beach and food were all within walking distance. Definitely will book again.

Great Weekend Stay

Terri was a phenomenal host! Quick with responses and very helpful. With the beach house being so close to the water, and a short drive to downtown Port Aransas, the location of the house is nothing short of amazing as well. I would definitley recommend this location to others!

Nice place with a good variety of beach necessities available for use. Community pool is very close by and nice! Loved the outdoor seating on the porch. Lots of parking too.

Great location and quite area. easy walk to the beach, wagons were available for are use. pool was next door and clean. Had issue with AC called property managament and was fixed within the hour. Ample space for the family would use again.
