On the first floor, Pearl offers an additional living area with a Smart Flat Screen TV and private bar. The first floor also provides 3 bedrooms including a Bunk Room with a queen bed; a Queen Bedroom with access to a private covered patio; and a Second Master Bedroom with ensuite bathroom and access to the covered patio. Finally, there is a private enclosed courtyard with lounge furniture, grill and outdoor shower. Take advantage of the pavilion beach access that is only steps away.
