“Tienen que especificar bien la fecha de apertura y cierre de piscina, por que en la web dice de Junio a Septiembre, pero resulta que entramos el 1 de junio y la piscina esta cerrada hasta el día 15 . Y uno de los motivos por lo que he reservado era por la piscina. Por lo demás todo muy bien!”

“El alojamiento dista de ser el alojamiento de alto lujo que algunos clientes vimos que esperaban, pero no creo que ese sea el objetivo del parador de Mazagón. Unas instalaciones que ya tienen unos años pero que están muy bien mantenidas y cuidadas, en un entorno increíble, junto a lo más importante, el trato exquisito y super amable de todo el personal, han hecho que nuestra estancia haya sido perfecta y que nos apetezca repetir en un futuro. “Desde hace cinco años cerramos la temporada de playa en Hotel Marlin La Antilla, bien ubicado y con una extensa propuesta de ocio y restauración en los aledaños, además en primera línea de playa. El personal super profesional y atento, sin duda, aportan aún más valor al establecimiento.”

“Séjour très agréable dans cet hôtel chaleureux à la déco originale et soignée. Les chambres sont très propres et il y a un parking gratuit juste devant l'hôtel. Nous avons été accueilis par Antonio, très sympathique, souriant, à l'écoute, serviable et hyper réactif. Ça fait plaisir et ca donne envie de revenir! Merci Antonio!”

“Attractive building with underground parking for small cars. Central location. Clean. Friendly. Bartender not interested in serving us anything more exotic than red or white wine in spite of extensive drinks menu. Fortunately lots of other bars and cafes near by. Registration took an age but that may not be unusual.”

“Good for kids (though few as it was school time!). Bar good - if noisy - but drinks and bar food was good value. Breakfast was disappointing in that while there was a lot of choice it was a shame better quality fresh ingredients (e g cheese - only one type and as another guest said to me: "straight out of a packet" - and prepared fruit was only tinned. To be fair, there was a good selection of fresh fruit. Waiting staff were very good. ”

“Had to wait two and a half hours for room to be ready, and the safe didn’t work , not worth the 400 euros a day . ”

“Muy mal , por parte de la Recepción.. hasta cuatro veces tuve que indicar la Necesidad de una cama supletoria, lo hice cuando llegamos por la mañana , al mediodía ,por la tarde , NO atendieron mí petición…..… Tras todo el día a las 12:00 de la noche me ofrecen otra habitación diferente, Ni hemos podido dormir en horas, Dp las llaves tampoco abrían, un desastre la verdad, muchísima incompetencia. Creo que aún no están preparados para tanto volumen de trabajo.”

“Helaas geen zwembad, geen bar en geen restaurant open! Alleen ontbijt en dat was het enige redelijke aan dit hotel. Studio met lege keuken en slecht sluitende buitendeur. Zeker geen 4 sterren waard. In vergelijking met alle hotels op onze reis is dit de slechtste en voor ons 1 ster. ”
