"Comfortable room and decent breakfast"

"The woman at the front desk was super nice! She helped me with some documents I needed printed, and checked to see how we liked our room. The bed was very comfortable, the room was quiet and the black out blinds worked great. I would stay again the next time we go through Cortez."

"Only stayed two nights very clean rooms quiet at hotel very happy with the stay."

"Good location, well maintained, good value."

"Very communicative host—the house was very clean and suited our needs."

"This was a great experience. The property is nice, a few miles outside of town (lots of stars)! The host Tambra was very accommodating. I appreciated all the labels around the house, very helpful. Beautiful and comfortable house."

"The house served our purpose well. They beds were comfortable and the bathrooms and kitchen were clean. The back porch and grounds could use a little TLC but that didn’t stop us from enjoying ourselves. It was very close to all the attractions near Cortez."

"Nice rural setting with direct view of Sleeping Ute Mountain. Generally quiet but a two lane road is nearby as is the municipal airport. The loft is accessed with a ladder and the headroom over the bed is limited. The finishes are “rustic” and simple."

"Loved this property and the location in Cortez while there for a family reunion.Only suggestions we had were:1) add anti-slip to bathtub floor2) clocks needed in living room and bedrooms"

"Area was great for us for the 4 days. Pool table and darts were fun and hot tub was good, just needed to be tended to a bit."

"Great location with access to National Monument trail, clean, great communication, beautiful scenery. Highly recommended."

"We had everything that we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was amazingly quiet, the car port was great for keeping the car cool and protected from the sun and rain. The back porch was lovely to sit in during the morning! Beds were comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed for meals and there was plenty of ice and cold water from the fridge!"
