"We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful spa resort in the Dolomites! Everything was so clean, peaceful, and beautifully maintained, the perfect place to relax after long days of hiking in the mountains. The included spa was a true highlight, and soaking there each evening felt like the ultimate reward. The staff was incredible, especially Massimo, who was unbelievably kind and attentive, he truly anticipated our every need and made us feel so cared for. The included breakfast each morning was delicious and a perfect start to our day. We also had a wonderful experience with the bartender in the evenings (we didn’t catch his name), but he really went above and beyond, offering the best local recommendations and making every interaction warm and friendly. We’re already dreaming of coming back. Highly recommend this magical place to anyone visiting the Dolomites!"

Matilda, at check in, was enormously helpful with arrangements at Rifugio Auronzo, and suggestions for places to visit and restaurants to try, making reservations for us. Lots of construction in Cortina due to the upcoming Olympics, so expect construction cranes everywhere!"

"Stayed here for 5 nights on a hiking trip and all I can say is - if you’re thinking about booking this hotel do it!! You won’t be disappointed! The room was comfortable, the food at the restaurant was excellent, and the staff were lovely. "Upon arrival, we were able to pay 15 EU to park right behind the hotel in downtown Cortina. We had an amazing stay at Hotel Aquila - our room had a wrap around balcony with beautiful views of the city and mountains, and the hotel's location is walkable to all the shops and restaurants. Our room was very clean and spacious and the curtains blocked out the morning sun. Amazing stay!"
