Cosmopolitan is a glamorous getaway, tucked up against the mountains in South Palm Springs. This 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath, 3500 sqft home captures quintessential Palm Springs charm - with its open concept floorplan, designer decor, and walls of glass looking out to the pool and mountains. The resort style yard has a sparkling pool, spa, lounge chairs, outdoor dining, conversation areas, gas firepit and iconic mountain views. Extremely private location on a cul de sac in one of Palm Springs' old Cosmopolitan is a glamorous getaway, tucked up against the mountains in South Palm Springs. This 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath, 3500 sqft home captures quintessential Palm Springs charm - with its open concept floorplan, designer decor, and walls of glass looking out to the pool and mountains. The resort style yard has a sparkling pool, spa, lounge chairs, outdoor dining, conversation areas, gas firepit and iconic mountain views. Extremely private location on a cul de sac in one of Palm Springs' oldest neighborhoods, yet also walking distance to the world famous Palm Canyon Drive. The entire back wall of glass opens up to the extraordinary poolside paradise with swaying palm trees, privacy hedges and views, view, views. The pool and spa are surrounded by luxury lounge chairs and umbrellas, a gas firepit lounge, al fresco dining for 4 and BBQ. The front courtyard has another outdoor living space with a firepit lounge. Walled and gated for privacy on a third of an acre - it's an extraordinary home, spectacularly close to the mountains. You'll hardly know you've stepped inside the open concept interior, with its vaulted ceilings and moveable walls of glass. The living, dining and kitchen all look out to the pool and mountains. The chef's kitchen has high end appliances, a large center island with seating for 6, and is fully stocked with place settings, cooking utensils, and glassware. Seating for 5 at the kitchen table. Wet bar with sink and wine fridge. The great room has a wonderfully designed seating area with a showpiece piano. The Versace inspired dining room with seating for 12 is something to write home about. Each of the bedrooms is immaculately styled. The Primary Suite has a King bed, flatscreen TV, mountain views and direct pool access. The en suite bathroom has a large shower and beautiful soaking tub. Suite 2 has a King bed, TV, private doors to the pool and en suite bathroom with shower. Suite 3 has a Queen bed, private doors to the side yard and en suite bath with shower. Bedroom 4 has a Double bed. There is an additional half bath in the hall. Sleeping Summary: 2 Kings, 1 Queen, 1 Double. Sleeps 8. Other Amenities: Wireless internet. High quality linens, bath and pool towels plus a starter set of soaps in each bathroom. Fully equipped laundry room with washer, dryer, ironing board and iron. Parking for 4 cars. Due to heat build up under the TV, the living room fireplace is not operational. The Historic Tennis Club neighborhood is named after the prestigious Tennis Club founded in 1937\. This facility brought world class tennis to the desert. Its original circular pool was once the most photographed in the world and its surroundings form the oldest neighborhood in Palm Springs. Besides its history, the location just cannot be beat - in the heart of a great walking neighborhood and night next to Palm Canyon Drive. Walking and hiking trails are located nearby along The North Lykken trail system. You're extremely close to excellent restaurants, coffee shops, bars, shopping, art galleries, night clubs as well as neighborhood conveniences.
