The hotel had only been open a week so there were a few things not finished or working. However, the staff did everything to sort out problems, were always friendly and approachable. The breakfast was great, for €12, you could fill up and not eat until the evening. The rooftop terrace wasn't finished, but you could bask in the afternoon sun and will be lovely when the pool is in operation. The beds and pillows are excellent, very comfortable. Bathrooms are well equipped, the shower has dual operation and is very good. Nice design throughout, the rooms have proper air con as well. The location is fantastic for the city centre, and is close a metro stop. An Uber to the airport is around €14. Great hotel, even better staff. Loved being there, will definitely return.

The hotel was beautiful and clean. The hotel staff was great. The food at the hotel was delicious. It was in a prime location with a variety of food options. It's within a minutes of the aquarium, science and arts museums.

The hotel had a terrible smell. I think they used a spice fragrance like massage oil. Terrible for some one hypoallergenic and it was suppose to be a fitness center. Breakfast was limited. Little veg fiber choices. No omlette choice and buffet eggs not good.

Very helpful staff. Excellent location with everything just minutes walk away.

This hotel was a luxurious oasis in the heart of the beautiful old town of Valencia. The staff were exceptionally helpful and professional which really added to our stay. The rooms were very tastefully decorated and had great attention to detail. The bed was so comfortable we decided to replace our one at home! Absolutely recommended!
