“We booked for the first time with Murcia Holiday Rentals and we were not disappointed. The communication was excellent and any questions were answered immediately. The apartment is large, clean and has everything you need. The position was great and near the fantastic pools as well as being near the town centre. “What a perfect apartment to enjoy some winter sun. The apartment itself is modern, well equipped and spacious. We both loved the fact that there are NO hidden extras in the price. ( unlike so many other properties). A couple of snagging issues when we arrived but Mark the manager resolved them very quickly. The steps are mentioned very clearly on the site and yes they are a bit of an issue. I would say if you are unable to handle stairs then this property is not suitable for you. Already……

“Apartment was clean and well equipped. Pools were lovely and the ‘town’ square was great - good choice of restaurants and bars, and nice market twice a week. The entry system to the building (not the apartment) failed after 3 days. No workable back up plan (physical key was missing). This needs to be improved for future guests.”
