Spotless room and comfy bed right in the heart of the action - price worth it for the bed and the air-conditioning alone!!

The hotels definitely lives up to its pictures, walking around the grounds is breathtaking and the layout of reception inviting. Unfortunately the beautiful hotel missed some ambience. Lacking in music. Breakfast we decided to sample did not disappoint our taste buds, an amazing continental buffet style, with an additional option of ordering an array of eggs pancakes etc.. This was of great quality and alot of choice. The downsides to our stay was staff, a couple tainted the rest of the bunch. At night there was a friendly helpful bar person. But during the day not a smile to be seen and a word hardly spoken. Unfortunately we didn't sample the lunch and dinner menu as the rude staff once seated put us off partaking after giving them a second chance and still the same treatment we decided to venture out. Thankfully Elche didn't disappoint!

Location was a bit hard to find, but it is situated in a great location convenient to to the restaurants and beach. Breakfast was wonderful!

Siempre me hospedo en Espana en esta cadena de hotel. Sus instalaciones siempre son comodas, centricas, modernizadas y con una calidad-precio muy realista. I always stay at this hotel chain in Spain. Their facilities are always comfortable, centrally located, modernized, and offer excellent value for money.

Very comfortable and clean. Staff were attentive and excellent throughout. Lovely relaxing by the pool or popping down to the beach. All the food also excellent.
