From the delightful check in staff, thank you Lewis, to checking out our stay was absolutely faultless. After leaving the hotel a member of staff came looking for us in the hotel car park to return a forgotten phone charger. Will recommend this hotel to everyone

Great, new, clean, amazing pool.

Perfect central location surrounded by restaurants and bars but not noisy at night. Easy walking distance from the train station. Property was well equipped for self catering if you wanted to do that, but we chose to eat out at night as lots of cheap tapas bars. Certainly would stay again as ideal for exploring Alicante. Also a beautiful building inside.

The house was clean but the pool was dirty and some of the outside furniture were in really bad condition. No nice wine glasses and the towels did smell so bad, that we had to wash them before we could use them. There was no internet for 8 days. We did of course complain about it in the beginning but to my opinion, the caretaker of the property was not doing his job. He didn't speak english and we don't speak spanish so the communication was not easy, and thats not a positive thing
