Really excellent hotel, great location and modern feeling. The only unusual thing is certain rooms have balconies which aren’t particularly private. Wouldn’t put me off using again at all.

Nice stay with a good view to the sea.

Excellent location in the heart of Alicante. Numerous bars and restaurants nearby. Easy walk to the beach. It could be noisy through the night and in the early hours, either by street noise and others staying in the apartment block during our stay. The Electronic check-in process sent did not work. I messaged the hotel 3 times over 2 days (1 day before check-in and 2 the day of check-in) but there was no response. Luckily they did have a reception area and completed the check-in process upon arrival at 3pm. The apartment had not had a proper check over prior to our arrival. The floor was gritty under foot. The shower did not work and loose fittings in the bathroom. The shower was replaced the following day and loose fittings addressed other than the floor seal fronting the shower causing water to run onto the bathroom floor if running too fast. When dealing with the staff in person they were helpful and polite. Overall we were very happy with our stay other than the issues mentioned.

I gave this apartment 2 stars, although perhaps even 1 star would be enough. They describe themselves as a “luxury” apartment, but there is absolutely nothing luxurious about it. One of the bathrooms has no windows or proper ventilation, the ceiling looks like it is almost falling apart, and there is a strong smell of mould. The kitchen has almost no appliances or basic equipment, and there are not even proper cloths or essentials, making it very difficult to cook anything properly. If you’re desperate and don’t plan to cook, then it may be okay. However, if you’re travelling with a small group, you might be able to avoid using the bathroom in the corridor. I would strongly recommend avoiding it, as the ceiling looks unsafe and the smell of mould is quite unpleasant. Definitely not what I would expect from a place advertised as “luxury.”

Receptionist support was impeccable and although check in is kinda late (4pm) there was a secure space for your bags. Only improvement would be that the check in details for the building access are shared in advance of arrival - which didn’t happen in my case. Otherwise amazing facilities and easy access to public transport and restaurants.

Shower grouting not clean and apartment very basis. Linen was average quality.
