Excellent location, beautiful pool, room clean and comfortable and good breakfast.

Quiet, lovely pool, nice to have a restaurant onsite. Staff very accommodating. Close to airport, bus depot, short Uber ride to great restaurants.

We come here once or twice a year. We like the property and the people. Its annonying having that despite being all inclusive you still have to sign every single bill.

Staying at the hotel, in a quiet residential neighbor, was a great way experience Jalisco. They layout is unique, interesting and relaxing away from the hustle and bustle chaos at a commercial hotel. The staff, especially Mercedes, are knowledgeable, friendly, and willing to help. I had lost my phone and one the staff drove me back down to the last little convenience store, where I thought I had left it. Unfortunately I had left it in the taxi I had taken back. I did get my phone back from the taxi driver. The walk down isn't extremely far, less than 10 minutes, but it does give your calves a work out. There is a gal that does massages right at the hotel. The view from the rooftop is AMAZING!!!!! Each room is unique, there is shared kitchen, where you can store, cook or reheat food. If I decide to return to Puerto Vallarta this will be the place I will stay!! Thanx to all you for making me feel like part of the family.

Service was great. Clean resort, friendly staff, good food. All around very good.
