5/5 - Excellent
Loved Cottonwood. Everywhere we went we were met by the most friendly folks. Everyone helpful on directions, advise on what to do and answered a million questions about the area. Wonderful town and townspeople.

River views, wineries, and historic sites are some highlights of Historic Old Town Cottonwood. Make a stop by Arizona Stronghold Vineyards or Burning Tree Cellars while you're exploring.

Clean rooms. Though the room we were given is a little away from the main building, it was manageable. Good breakfast.

Really nice spot. Many amenities. Small mobile units with kitchen, living room and bedroom. Sizable bathroom. Much storage. Our heater stopped working for two out of three nights, it got cold. Staff did not make needed repairs.
