I was disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room and common areas did not meet basic cleanliness expectations, and it was clear that housekeeping standards need improvement. Unfortunately, the staff also wasn’t very helpful when I had questions or needed assistance. While no hotel is perfect, I expect a clean room and attentive customer service, and this property fell short on both. I wouldn’t choose to stay here again unless significant improvements are made.

The apartment was clean and enough space to accommodate everyone. It was difficult to get in touch with the property especially on the weekends. We requested additional covers which we never received. There were only two rolls of toliet tissue in each bathroom and I was there for 4 nights/5 days. The beds could be more comfortable but overall it was a great stay.

Room was clean. Breakfast was good, standard eggs and sausage, waffles, and muffins. Location was about 10 minute walk to Beale St, or FedEx Forum, and located next to Redbird baseball. Late night walk a bit sketchy when not much activity happening. On site parking included is a plus.
