“Vijay was amazing with helping my book travel around the city and booking an amazing daytrip for me. He made my birthday trip just that much better. The rest of the staff was great. The wonderful woman taking care of my floor just knew I needed extra water without asking. I would definitely book with them again and again. “The stay overall was great. I would stay here again. The room had one good size bed enough for two people and plenty of room left for luggage or simply walk around. The bathroom was modern and spacious. Both very clean. I was surprised to see how many outlets were available to charge phones, computers, etc. TV channels could be upgraded but who needs that when you have everything you need on your phone. “The check-in staff did not proactively mentioned that the access to our room was different from other rooms, until we could not use the lift after we tapped our access card. Afterwards, we were susprised to learn that there was no lift access to our room. The room would be more comfortable if there are more than 1 chair available, considering there are ample amount of space. It was also quite noisy facing the main street while windows needed to keep open for ventilation with no air con……

“Hotel was fantastic in every aspect except both of the rooms we had (one in the front and one in the rear of the hotel) were cold throughout the stay despite doing all we could to increase the temperature via the thermostat. Back room was somewhat noisy in the early hours but was to be expected given it is in the centre of Temple Bar. Otherwise fabulous ”
