The apartment is a block off the main party street so noise isn't an issue. However, the property has an unnecessarily complicated entry system. “It was a perfect location. Safe and walkable. It would have been nice to have a fan for the bedrooms. The one fan that was there didn't seem to work very well. It would be nice if the check in location wasn't so far from the rental or if you could use a lockbox or code to get in after on-line pre check in. “A little bit showing it’s age and therefor shabby. Bits of wood falling off in the kitchen, sofa springs at the end of their life, fuse box buzzing annoyingly, water pressure low.
