“It is an older house although fine for the two of us. There is no air-conditioning on the main level except from floor vents and an oscillating tower fan. The two main bedrooms have a portable air conditioning unit which worked fine. The outside steps that you use to enter the back door need to be replaced. They are too narrow and have raised areas where the pieces of wood have moved over time. The back storm door has a broken latch. The only living room furniture was a three seat couch……

“The whole place was fantastic. We enjoyed our stay and didn’t want to leave. It was -13 out and it did not take long at all to heat the place up with the wood stove. The place was super clean, tidy, cozy, filled with the things you would need to cook, do laundry, relax, and feel right at home. Highly recommended!!!”

“Great location with easy walk to attractions and national park. Kitchen had everything we needed, and nice BBQ. While the cottage was fairly clean, the towels were stained and worn. The couch and chair were also worn and dirty. There was a lot of garbage from previous guests in the grass around our doorstep. The staff never cleaned it up so we did after a couple days. “Right in the heart of Cavendish, it is located within moments of all amenities. Driveway is clearly labeled but we missed it the first time only because the main road is quite busy. Cottage was perfectly charming and included all necessities that we needed, including BBQ, picnic table and chairs. Staff was very friendly. Pool was not as warm as anticipated when billed as heated, but otherwise perfect for rhe kids, and hot tub is right there so easy to supervise. Cute play structure. Quiet, tidy……
