It was disappointing that the spa and pool were closed for all three days we were there. I think in the future we'll call before making our reservation. Breakfasts were excellent!

The staff I encountered were friendly and courteous. The room was clean, comfortable and had a pleasant clean smell, like airfreshener was sprayed. The room lighting could be better though, it seemed kind of dim even with all 3 lights on

Check in was fast and fun. Girls in office were extremely pleasant!!

Enjoyed one night stay in Rm 6 (yes all the guest rooms are numbered). The apt comes with kitchen, batch room and a bedroom with a queen size bed. Besides, there is common area you share with other guests including the balcony and the basement. Clean, warm and convenient location to The PA Grand Canyon Lookout. Bill the owner is the greatest host you can find! Absolutely recommend this place.

Its a quaint old building. The beds were very comfortable. Its the best I have slept in a long time.

Anne and Paul are wonderful hosts. This is the first time that I've stayed in a B&B in this area and the experience has totally exceeded my expectations. A short business trip is what brought me to Wellsboro, and this location was a better option than the chain hotels which were further away. I would probably choose to stay in another B&B if the option presents itself. Anne and Paul have a lovely, wonderful and well taken care of home. Stayed in Suite 6 for one night to go stargazing before the eclipse, got late checkout till 1p. This place is even better than described. I loved it there and I didn’t want to leave. Suite 6 faces the creek. It’s so relaxing back there! The rocking chairs on the porch are everything! The stars are beautiful from there too. There’s some noise from the highway but it isn’t too bad. Beds are comfortable. Nice and clean. Cool fireplace. Well equipped kitchen. 2 bedrooms so I had my own room away...
