"A group of us used this hotel for our 4 night stay as we rode local bike trails nearby. It has a great location, it was clean, the service was good and everything in the room was functioning. The breakfasts were good and the person in charge was very attentive to keeping the breakfast area clean. "

"Nothing much to complain about, except for the fact that our room was never cleaned in our 3-night stay. I reported it to the front desk, but was told because we had a "do not disturb" sign on the door, that the cleaning crew did not enter the room. I think that's unacceptable: Two women staying in an hotel should be able to put that sign on the door, but it was removed once we left the room. Cleaning service should not be only in the early morning. Everyone is on a different schedule. If the cleaning people see the sign is removed, that's your invitation to come into the room and clean and replace towels, coffee, etc."
