never go back. horrible experience.
"Upon arriving, we were told that Hotel.com had booked us a smoking room. I showed them the e-mail confirmation on my computer only to get remarks such as, "That won't change anything" "It doesn't matter what your e-mail says"... We asked if they could make the change and the lady first said no, and ..."

"I enjoyed my stay. Only complaint would be that I paid about triple the usual rate due to a large group occupying many of the rooms. My dates were not flexible as I was visiting Children's Hospital for an appointment. That aside, the entire experience was pleasant. The facility was nice and the staff ..."

"What a great place to stay in Indiana! The house was comfortable and spotless. Alexis provided welcoming treats and all the necessary amenities for my IUP reunion with friends. We walked everywhere on campus and downtown. I hope the house is available for my next visit."
