“Great old pub, not a good shower, shared bathroom okay. Comfy beds. Not too happy about party downstairs with loud music till 2am. ☹️

“Quiet restful environment ideally located, despite being right in the centre of the main street. Less than 5 minute walk to all conveniences. Management was very helpful in arranging an earlier check-in as we were due to attend a special function at midday. We were grateful for that.”
“Stayed here for 3 nights with my husband. There is a lot to see in this town. The hotel is on the main street (right next to KFC) and it's a really busy road. However, the room was quiet. The Railway Hotel is great across the road for eats as well as for a drink.
There is also a traditional Chinese place across the road, which was really good.
We stayed in the executive queen room, which was a really large room. The heater made an annoying clicking sound. The shower had low pressure……
