“What a wonderful place to stay during our trip. The house is as neat as a pin. The cottage is perfect for "personal space." There is a fair amount of airplane noise, but that pales in comparison to the rest of the property. We will definitely stay here again. ”

“We really enjoyed staying in this home as it is very spacious. Everything in the home was well organized and labeled. The beds are very comfortable, all sleep number beds!The yard was very spacious and multiple games/activities for the kids available. We will definitely stay here again in the future. ”

“Great stay! The property is well kept. Super comfortable beds. Kitchen was organized with plenty of dishes and cookware. Backyard area was a lovely ivy walled hideaway. Amazing proximity to the beach a wagon for use to carry our things back and forth. Cottage was cozy but enough space for 2 adults and 2 teens to be together, and still have space. “The home was so beautiful and the view was amazing! Everything is well stocked and so clean. Beautiful deck with plenty of room for everyone. Our kids are grown, but they even had a highchair next to the dining table, which we found very thoughtful. The bathrooms were all beautiful and even had heated floors. Very easy check in and check out process. We have stayed in many houses, in the Santa Cruz area, and this was one of our favorites. This is a very quiet neighborhood, so be cautious of……

“We loved this home hidden among the Redwoods! The home is large with lots of places to enjoy the view of the woods - including a very clean hot tub, and lots of space to get away inside as well! We discovered a slow draining sink in one of the bathrooms that, when reported, they immediately responded and worked to resolve as soon as they could get a plumber there. Access and lock up was very easy, but I recommend that future renters make sure to know the door code before arriving because you may……

“We had a great stay on the beach in Aptos. The property is in an amazing location-you walk right out the patio to the beach!The house is spacious, clean, comfy and has all you need for a great stay.The hosts were very responsive. The coffee maker broke while we were there and they had a new one delivered within a few hours. Our son liked that there were sand toys and Roku to watch TV. Would definitely stay again to make more great beach memories! ”

“We stayed here to attend a local convention I found this place while trying to find reasonably priced accommodations, as all nearby hotels wanted 500 - 1,000 a night and the convention hotels sold out in minutes. This was perfect, located near the local transit, very reasonably priced, plenty of room for me and my sister in fact I'd say you could've fit five people in this room comfortably easily.
