It features a separate bedroom with a double bed and sofa bed, a bathroom with a shower and window, as well as a living and dining area with a kitchenette including a refrigerator, cooktop, kettle, and extractor hood. The covered terrace with access to the garden invites you to have breakfast outdoors or enjoy relaxed evenings. Air conditioning, SAT-TV and WiFi are available free of charge. A private parking space is located directly at the house. The apartment is located in a quiet, green residential area - ideal for unwinding. Pebble beaches are within walking distance, as are shopping opportunities and the town centre. A small pet is welcome after prior consultation - a fee of 10 € per day will be charged (as of 2025).
