Overall our stay was okay. kitchen utensils could have been cleaner (including utensils during complimentary breakfast).

Maintenance on the lobby-level mens restrooms was sub-par. The hotel refused to let one of the people on the reservation check-in on the first night of a two-night reservation because "it was too late," then their system classified it as a "no-show" and then canceled the reservation completely. All of this despite multiple phone calls letting the hotel know I would be delayed due to a canceled flight. The manager provided some HHonors points and matched the rate from the previous night, but this was the minimum acceptable response in my view and did not meet my expectations. NOTE: Front desk staffer Xavier provided 5-star customer service during our short stay, and was incredibly helpful every time we interacted with him. Great service from him.
