Great parking, friendly staff.

Amazing stay, can't wait to visit Lbk again

The front staff we interacted with were friendly. Our room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. Good temperature. The hot tub and pool were clean and actually worked. Breakfast was meh. The fruit juices were too sweet for our liking and the waffle station was crowded. The dining area was very clean. We had a leak from our toilet tank that maintenance attempted to fix but it continued to leak all over the bathroom floor and into the hall. We noticed it upon arrival but assumed housekeeping had just mopped and the floor didn’t have time to properly dry. The photos onsite are a little deceptive. The pool area is small and the pool chairs are old and have lots of wear and tear. The outdoor sitting area did not have umbrella shades nor were the lights on for use in the evening. Overall, we were able to overlook these minor inconveniences and enjoyed our stay.

The staff were very accommodating and the room exceeded my expectations as whole I will be coming back enjoyed my stay.

Hallway on fourth floor smelled terrible. Breakfast started at 7:00 but was not completely out until almost 8:00. Fruit was awful….only old bananas and oranges.
