"Property is great as long as you don’t arrive 45 minutes early. They charge a $15 extra charge for early check in. I had traveled 6.5 hrs going from Eastern time to central time. Traffic was forgiving but this best western wasn’t. Make sure you aren’t early unless you want to pay additional for your room"

"The bathtub, toilet, and the refrigerator wasn’t cleaned properly and they were dog hair all over the couch. Also, I experienced a very unpleasant stay due to excessive noise coming from the room next door. The noise started around 8:00 PM and continued throughout the entire night until about 5:30 AM. Because of this constant disturbance, I was unable to get any sleep at all. It became so disruptive that I had no choice but to check out early at around 5:30 AM. I hope the management can address issues like this in the future so that other guests can have a more comfortable and restful stay."
