“Stay away there were cockroaches in the unit When i told the owner he advised that its an old building It had a computer monitor for tv it was suppose to have a 32 inch tv There was suppose to. Be a dryer as the listing states but it didn’t have only a washer The refrigerator was to be full size it was a under fridge I can say t he r only good thing about it was good location We left 3 days early of a five day stay Avoid! Avoid!”

“The apartment was nice and clean. Check in was a bit complicated requiring a coordination with Pina. She was nice and helpful. Parking was also complicated having to park in a pay zone and on certain days one could not park on a certain side of the street. The biggest issue we had was with a neighbor from an adjoining unit (still not certain which one) that had a couple literally screaming at each other at all hours of the night. “Pros: Die überdachte Terrasse mit Blick in den kleinen Garten ist bei jedem Wetter wunderbar. Die Abgeschiedenheit des Hauses , abseits vom Touristenrummel, und eingebettet in zauberhafte Küstenlandschaft war für uns perfekt. Eine sehr schöne Wanderung in der Riserva naturale am Monte Cofano ist vom Haus aus möglich. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und immer und zeitnah für Auskünfte zu erreichen. Cons: Das Haus hat entgegen der Angabe in der der Beschreibung KEINEN Meerblick, direkte Wege……
