“We stayed for four nights,and had very good impression. the staff are overall very professional. The only weakness were the staff at the reception who were not very helpful.”

“Stayed in family room, which was comfy, but up a few flights of stairs ( no lift). The restaurant was always busy but worth the wait, everything was delicious. Parking lot always seemed full ( we seldom rolled in before 8pm ). Shannon is very central and made for easy day trips without moving from hotel to hotel.”

“The hotel is conveniently located next to the Bunratty Castle with free parking. We stayed at a triple room and there are 3 chairs and a table which enable us to have good time playing cards and games. There are coffee machine and electric kettle in the room with ample coffee capsules and tea bags. Staff are helpful and gave clear instruction. There are also the gym and indoor pool which are open 6am-10pm. The Steakhouse at the ground floor is a good choice if you do not want to go out. There……
