It features an enclosed 800 m² garden with a carport. The cottage is on one level and comprises a kitchen/living room (two steps up), a lounge area, two bedrooms (one with a double bed 140x190 cm, the other with two single beds 90x190 cm), a shower room, a laundry room, and two separate toilets. Amenities include: Wi-Fi access, full baby equipment, a freezer, and a cleaning kit (paper towels, toilet paper, tea towels, dish soap, sponges, etc.). Not included: electric heating, electricity, bed linen, and towels. One pet is allowed (€7/day - €100 deposit). A mandatory cleaning fee of €65 applies for business travelers. La Roche Bernard is 20 km away. Optional services payable on site and to be reserved before your arrival: \- Pets: €7.00 per day \- Towels: €5.39 per person per stay Property managed by a professional.
