Also close to Asda in case you need to buy anything and a 10 minute walk to the sea front which was lovely with nice easy walks either side of the main beach. The customer service when I called was very good and check in was easy even without an actual front desk. Overall the accommodation was clean, there were a few areas that were a bit dusty. "Our stay at Y Cartws was lovely and relaxing, very cosy cottage. Was amazing to walk the ground and interact with the goats and horses. The nearby river was very relaxing to listen to, especially in the hot tub at night. Hot tub is at a set temperature which cannot be adjusted. Amenities were great, kitchen is well stocked with utensils and had delicious home made brownies waiting for us. Property was mostly clean but there was some negatives, bathroom was either mouldy or mould stained....

"On arrival you are confronted with building work around the main entrance and a very tired looking reception. (July 2026) The rooms are basic relatively clean but bathroom in our room was tiny. If you have long legs you will never be able to use the toilet comfortably because the shower cubicle is approximately 18 inches from the pan. The bathroom smells of damp and the toilet paper is thinner than Bronco. Only one charger plug socket by the desk nothing near the bed. We paid for a sea view...
