The check in was really easy and good. The room not so much TV not working properly in the morning the coffee maker in the room was missing sugar and cream the pool area not so clean. Breakfast was good but very disappointed with the room.

Lack of promised amenities forced early departure
We were forced out of our home due to power outages related to ice and cold weather. We booked 2 rooms for 2 nights for our family of four. On the second day, our previously connected devices were no longer able to connect to the facility wifi. We went so far as to bring our devices to the service desk for assistance but the clerk was unable to regain access for us. We had to leave the hotel a day early, without any compensation, because this vital amenity was not available, limiting our family's ability to perform work-related and personal duties.

We intentionally ordered tgd Suite expecting to get a larger divided room. No deal, the Suite here is just a scam! The room is exacty the same as a standard king/Queen, the only difference is the couch has a ull out bed! The rooms were much older than they look in the pictures and were all starting to fall into dissaray! Paint all bubbling and peeling, none of the plugs/ outlets worked, so we had no where to plug anythjng in. By far the worst vontinenral breskfast we ever had and had to leave to get something edible. Fortuneatly, there were many places outside the hotel. The pool is just a tiny kids pool very weirdly pisitioned right off the lobby. The atsff was lkmited, but were very nice and welcono real readon to stay here, might as well hobright across the street for a nicer room. At least you can get the samesd suite room for the cost of a regular room. We just werent hsppy with the toom. Wdxadjed are youvsure this isca suite? They explained the sweet is the same as a double queen. Instead of a full couch, you get the pull out bed couch and just less furniture! This hotel was just a waste of monry. We didnt even want to check in, but had to since we booked online of course
