The condo is absolutely beautiful and so cozy. We spent most of our nights after dinner sitting on the balcony, listening to the water and enjoying the sounds of nature. We saw tons of Manatees and other wildlife which made our stay even more enjoyable! Roomy living space. Kitchen fully stocked. Plenty of towels and sheets provided. Comfortable furniture and working cable tv and wifi. Nice deck with chairs to enjoy the river view. Swimming pool is beautiful and people were friendly. Be aware unit is on second floor with outdoor staircase (18 steps). Second bedroom needs new mattress. Deck is screened but no see ems are nasty. biters. Kitchen cupboards need hardware put on. From our second floor balcony we saw manatees, sea otters, jumping fish, a bald eagle, and numerous birds. The condo was very well equipped and even had a garage in which we could store our kayak.
