The location is fantastic, with the tramway stop right in front of the door, making it easy to get around. Just two blocks away is the main square, Calderón, which offers a vibrant atmosphere. There are plenty of eating options just steps away, making meals very convenient. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. One highlight was the breakfast room on the 9th floor, where I enjoyed great views of the city while dining. It really made the experience special. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located place to stay.

Poor room maintenance, broken bed, broken toilet handle. Hair on bathroom floor Worn out towels Very bad breakfast, cool, cheap sausage, cool eggs. We came in and had to wait for a lady to bring the food to the shaffers. shaffers not hot.

Personal desatento , solo con el celar en la mano conversando entre si en voz alto , habitación cálida , cómoda pero mal pintada , pelado y deteriorado. Ubicación perfecta pero de difícil acceso si vas con auto , no puedes desembarcar las maletas con facilidad , el parqueo muy lejos. Desayuno muy limitado , no dan queso. Instalaciones muy antíguo
