Caro para los servicios y habitación modesta que ofrece el hotel, llegue a reservar con ellos porque el hotel eterna primavera canceló mi reservación sin yo haberlo pedido.

En general el personal fue amable, sin embargo salimos picoteado de chinches. Reporte desde el primer día que la habitación estaba sucia, el edredón y por la noche el baño. Estuve solo dos noches, pero con eso tuvimos para salir picoteados de las piernas y brazos.

Muy buen lugar, con algunos detalles a mejor.

Es un muy buen lugar, el servicio, la comida y la limpieza en la habitación y el comedor son excelentes. Solo necesitan remodelar algo las habitaciones, ya que el piso de la habitación que nos tocó ya estaba algo deteriorado, y también sería muy bueno, una mayor limpieza en las albercas.

El servicio es excelente, las terapias altamente recomendables. El lugar necesita mantenimiento hay zonas que se ven deterioradas y la habitación tenia razgos de humedad, lo malo es que está la carretera cerca y eso no deja dormir. Debería colocar cortinas oscuras. El agua de la alberca chica está helada y la grande nunca la pudimos usar x que estaba sucia y obvio también fría. Pero aún así nos metimos un rato. Les recomiendo el temazcal y los masajes. La comida es rica.

Excelente servicio, mal internet.

Las habitaciones son cómodas pero sencillas. No hay artículos de cocina, pero te los pueden prestar. La estufa no es eléctrica, hay que llevar cerillos o encendedor. El internet es malo en las habitaciones y regular en la alberca y otras áreas comunes. El servicio del restaurante es impecable, y lo llevan a la habitación o a la alberca.

Me incomodó bastante que nos movieran de las áreas comunes porque tenían que podar el pasto, nos sacaron de la piscina para ponerle químicos. Eso deberían de hacerlo muy temprano o por la noche.

Es un lugar en donde te tratan muy bien, tienen personal muy amable y atento a lo que puedas necesitar. Los masajes muy deliciosos. A mejorar que en el temazcal ingrese alguien contigo para que te oriente y que las piedras para el ultimo turno tengan algunas mas calientes

Hotel aceptable para una noche

Las almohadas olian raro, es seguro que no las habían lavado, al comentarle al chico de recepción si no limpiarian las albercas dijo que estaban limpias y que era por el aire, pero estaban llenas de popo de pajaro y muchas hojas, insectos. Fue hasta que le comentamos al chico que se encargaba de eso si podia limpiarla con la red y lo hizo. El desayuno buffet es bueno. Está un poco enredado para llegar pero està a unos 12 min del centro. Seguro hay mejores opciones en Cuernavaca

Excelente lugar para descansar, excelente atencion solo por un detalle que al entregar la llave mi esposa aun estaba en el cuarto mientras yo estaba guardando las maletas, y les comente que aun habia gente, aun asi entraron sin tocar la puerta y eso molesto a mi esposa!! De ahi en fuera todo lo demas muy bien

Servicio excepcional para sentirse apapachado

Es difícil que me sorprendan de manera positiva. Sin embargo, esta fue la sensación que me dejó este hotel, logró sorprenderme desde la llegada con la atención del personal fue impecable, los detalles que tienen con los huéspedes, los servicios del SPA (recomiendo el temazcal), nunca hubo un "no se puede". La habitación estuvo cómoda, se percibe atención al detalle, cumple con estándares. El desayuno sabroso y con la variedad que se puede esperar de un hotel que tiene 10 habitaciones. Es un lugar que te hace sentir apapachado, tranquilo y sin excesos. No tiene pretensiones de ser lujoso, sino de hacerte sentir en casa. Si el objetivo es como el que tuve, disfrutar del clima cálido de Cuernavaca, descansar y relajar, aprovechando los servicios de spa en una escapada de fin de semana, incluyendo al perrhijo, lo recomiendo ampliamente.

El hotel es un poco viejo, aunque se ve que le están invirtiendo, y por el precio incluye buenos servicios. Las ubicas mejoras que haría es que el baño no de a un área de servicio y que las llaves de tu coche no las tengas q entregar
