The staff were very nice and welcoming. The view of the lake from the front porch was beautiful. The staff took us on a pontoon boat of the lake which was relaxing and allowed us to see how calm and peaceful the lake is. I would recommend staying there.

Breakfast was excellent every day. The beds were comfortable. Promised boat rides were cancelled or delayed. Had to wash coffee cup in my room to use it. Porch was full of spiders & webs. The floor above my room (hallway & guest room) creaked so loudly when walked on, there was no sleeping until after everyone quieted down for the night. Owner was a "my way or the highway" kinda guy, telling guests to not wear bug spray or exchange chairs at outdoor tables. Disappointing, as this was a lovely place in 2016 under different ownership.

Absolutely perfect! Exceeded our expectations! We came to deep creek on a whim expecting a day trip but decided to stay a night and found this place. Scot and his wife were very hospitable. The amenities alone were beyond what we paid. I mean seriously place felt like staying at a family home. To top that off we were served breakfast, snacks were available all day and a boat ride? Scot and his wife truly welcomed us like family. Me and my gf loved our stay so much we tried extending one more night but they were booked right fully so. I loved it. Thank you!!

Historic charm dovetails with modern amenities at Lake Pointe Inn. Proprietor Kevin is a gracious and attentive host. The two members of his team that I had the pleasure of meeting were pleasant and helpful.
