“Beautiful historic manor house that was tastefully decorated. Excellent value for money comfortable stay. Friendly staff. It's a privilege to have access to this beautiful historic home. Although it was old, it had a fresh interior & was in very good condition. Our bedroom was large, we had a very comfortable bed and lovely spacious ensuite bathroom. “Clean rural small town one bedroom in heart of wine country. A little hard to find (go to only cafe in town then 100 yards away). Excellent host ( speaks good English). She knows all the wine tours nearby. Nice getaway after being in Porto. Unbelievably scenery. Very private with garage parking.Highly recommend. ”
