“On my first evening there I pulled the sheets back and found a bunch of hair. The person on staff was apologetic and promptly changed my sheets which I appreciated. By the way when the sheets came up I saw a lot more hair right on top of the mattress. At this point it was past midnight and I was exhausted, so I tried my best to ignore it. The member on staff took photos of all the hair to submit to management. He also gave me his manager Jeff’s email. I emailed Jeff and have not heard back. It’s……
