Our room was spotless, and the ice and ice bucket were delivered promptly. We enjoyed the vibrant ambience in the bar before heading to our dinner reservation. The food for three of us was excellent, though one dish fell slightly short of expectations. We shared constructive feedback, which was swiftly addressed by the chef to our satisfaction. Breakfast the next morning was equally impressive, with a fully cooked option that was delicious and well-presented. The staff in both the restaurant and bar were attentive and welcoming throughout our stay. Customer service is clearly a top priority at this hotel, and it truly shows. We will definitely be back."
