I like so many reasons,it’s quite, clean and private rooms allow us to stay in one place and have a privacy

The hotel was very clean, and the accommodations were comfortable. The staff were all very friendly, helpful, and attentive. Since the evenings in Cusco can be quite cold, we informed the staff, and they immediately brought us a portable heater—such a thoughtful touch! The hotel also provides drinking water, which was very convenient. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cusco! 😊 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

hotel is terrible. rude staff, my room over looked the restaurant and it was extremely loud until almost 11am and then again at 5 am. when they tried to move me to a different room they took me to 2 rooms that were actually occupied then one that was just as loud, then called my room after 10pm to offer another room and at that point it was too late for me. the location is also awful. not worth what they are charging. i stay in cusco often and stayed here based on the high reviews and was completely disappointed.
