This is an excellent choice for those seeking a place to stay overnight while exploring during the day. The owner is exceptionally helpful and kind, creating a welcoming atmosphere. During our trip to Rainbow Mountains, she even prepared sandwiches and a drink for us as we had to leave at 4:00 a.m. to meet our guide. The location is convenient, within walking distance to everything. While the rooms may not offer luxury, they are practical and suitable.

We stayed 5 nights at this hotel and it was excellent. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the room and premises. The service was great with really good customer service as the attendants were easy going and nice. The breakfast was really good and everything was made at the time we were at the dining room. The location was perfect as everything was at a walking distance including restaurants, downtown and attractions.

This is a good and humble three star hotel with a very friendly staff that are genuinely interested in making their guests comfortable. The rooms are spacious, clean, and some of them are quiet with an unobstructed view of Cusco but still far enough from the main street. The area is safe and minutes away from Avenida de Sol. They offer a comprehensive breakfast with cereal, yogurt, fresh fruits and juice, coffee, fresh pastries and more. I'd definitely recommend here.

Great for a tight budget or a sleep-only stay.
It was pleasant to be attended by the staff on this hotel, regrettably, the room general conditions are very disappointing, although it was very clean and comfortable, the overall structure was not good. WiFi is not a problem, nor is it the breakfast, which is very good. It is located near several good restaurants and city markets, the central plaza is about 6 blocks away and the walk is great. I'd only recommend this hotel if you have a tight budget and don't mind the general infrastructure.

Staff very friendly and caring. Welcomed me with a hot Coca tea and had hot water ready in the morning at 4 am (no breakfast though as too early). Room and bathroom very clean, just that it is quite old already and especially the power sockets could need reviewing. The bed was comfy.
