"10:40到了科隆港口后，几番联系联系不上酒店，在当地buzz餐厅中员工的帮助下，得知机场有工作人员接机。自己打车到机场，找了许久才找到接机的工作人员，安排我们在机场对面的小凉亭里等了20分钟，工作人员再次出现，安排我们上车继续等了一个多小时，在我再三询问下才发车，1:00到达机场，下午4:30才正式到达酒店。在机场感觉自己完全受到了无视，在酒店里跟前台提起自己的经历，得到的回复是，“噢，那可真是遗憾啊，对不起。”仅此而已。总之，这家酒店并没有给我太好的回忆。"
