Disappointing Stay

This was a frustrating stay because the room that I booked stated that a free airport shuttle was included as well as all the meals. It seemed too good to be true so I had hotels.com call them to verify. After verifying, I booked for 2 nights. I called them to arrange the shuttle and they wanted to charge me $15USD for the shuttle so I just took a taxi. Once arriving they said the meals weren't included, only breakfast. I showed them the listing and they said it was old and hasn't been updated yet. I'm sure it still isn't updated. This was annoying because I paid so much more for these benefits, but basically got the same for the cheaper options. My room was really musty and had a bad smell. the bed was uncomfortable with just a tiny sheet that didn't even cover my entire body. It was covered in stains too. Also the location was really far away from all the cool spots in Hoi An. I feel bad writing all this negativity because the owners are so nice and sweet but at the end of the day there are so many other amazing places to stay in Hoi An with really sweet staff and they are a much better value.

Pleasant stay

A lovely bright room in a family run guesthouse. Quiet street, good aircon/shower. 5lt bottle of drinking water provided as well as a simple breakfast. Nice and clean throughout with friendly, english speaking hosts.

Quiet with a great breakfast but far from town

I really enjoyed staying here. The free breakfast was great. The hotel is a bit of a walk to the main street in town (15 minutes) but is worth it for the breakfast and the quiet. Don't expect too much as the shower was broken and I had to wake up the staff to make me breakfast one day. I would stay here again.

A peaceful stay in the enchanting Hoi An

A great stay at the Homestay countryside. The hotel is located within walking distance to Hoi An city centre and it's very close to the local bus station which was perfect for us as we took bus 1 to Da Nang.

Super rapport qualité prix. Placé entre la plage et le centre de hoi an, tout peut se faire à pied ou à vélo. La famille est accueillante, chaleureuse et souriante. Passage prévu pour 2j, on est resté 4j.

Hơi thất vọng khi tới đây. Phòng thì khá rộng rãi, có cửa sổ, nhà tắm rộng rãi, nhưng ko có bàn để đồ, có 1 tủ nhỏ và đụng vào cái là đổ (vì đặt tivi trên nóc tủ). Book phòng trên Hotels.com thì ghi là có bao gồm ăn sáng. Nhưng thực tế không hề có, chủ nhà cũng không nói gì về việc này. Được cái là chủ nhà khá thoải mái, dễ tính.

Welcoming Homestay

We are currently backpacking our way through Veitnam and absolutely loved staying here. The family at the homestay were beyond lovely and so accommodating. They were more than happy to help us with anything we needed and we're beyond generous. Plus the town was within a 5 minute bike ride and they and they had bikes for rent for a cheap price. With breakfast included and a quiet comfortable place to stay it's well worth your money!

Comfort zero. Adorable owner.

The homestay is not super close to town. You have to ride bikes in if you want to go anywhere, which can be tough in the heat and scary in the roads. There were ants covering everything in the room including my toothbrush. The worst thing was the rock hard bed. My friend and I are 22 and had the worst sleep of our lives. I usually don't mind but the bed was awful. Very meager breakfast provided. Upon checking out we found out every time we took a bike in to town, which isn't in walking distance, we were charged which is understandable but was never communicated. The woman running the place was very cute however. I'd go somewhere else next time.

What you need, no more no less

Rooms are clean You can rent a bicycle from them very cheap Located a very short bicycle ride from the lovely town and also not too far from the beach. Ideal if you just need a reasonably priced place to sleep!

Between old town and beach

It was great! The staff are exteremly kind and accomidating. You can rent a bike and quickly go to the beach or the old town, perfect location so easy to get around. Room very nice and clean, only issue was not cold enough air conditioning. Otherwise it was perfect!

Saubere Hriuhig gelegene Homestay mit 4 Zimmern. Familie sehr bemüht, geringe Englischkenntnisse. Fruehstueck bestand aus einem Ei, Brötchen und 1 Tasse Kaffee. Durchlauferhitzer zum Duschen lässt sich sehr schwierig auf warm einstellen.
