“It was a three 3 star hotel. They said they had a lot of things, but did not have them. No hairdryers in the hotel at all. The pool was dirty and the restaurant was none exsistence. We were given a menu.but most items were not available. It was mostly a 2 star. Would not book again. ”

“Avoid at all costs. Party of three, taking two rooms - we left the hotel after an hour. Rubbish had not been cleaned from bins from previous occupants, bed linen stained, stuffing coming out of pillows. Hotel refused my refund (my colleagues received theirs immediately) and hotels.com thinks this is acceptable.”
