Professional staff! Highly recommended!

The staff was extremely kind and professional. On June 10th at 3 PM and on June 11th at 4:30 PM, the girl at the front desk was very thoughtful and helped us a lot. We are really happy that we chose Hotel Insomnia for our first trip to Daegu.

Great connection to the metrotransits. The location is fantastic to enjoy the area. The breakfast is included with good quality. The staffs were very kind. Only a minor complaint is the language in the sign because Korean was the only languge in the written language in the building. So far my trip to Daegu was great with the experience in this hotel.

以前にも宿泊させて頂いたリピーターです。今回は11月に訪韓し寒かったのでオンドルの温度をフロントであげて頂きました。しかし赤ちゃん連れだったこともあり室内の温度で相談させて頂くと、すぐに電気ストーブを部屋まで持ってきて頂きました。とても親切なフロントの方々に又リピしようと思いました。 部屋も隅々まで清掃が行き届いていました。例をあげると赤ちゃんを抱っこして窓を開ける際、サッシに赤ちゃんが手を伸ばしたのですが、そのサッシに埃一つありませんでした。また泊まりに行きますね！

位置よし

チェックインチェックアウト共にフロントの方の対応が良かった。朝食も豊富でトーストオーダー可能、ラーメンやコーンフレーク、フルーツも準備されている。部屋が広く清潔でお水の補充もあったのが良かった。位置がとてもよく、周辺には素敵なショップや飲食店が多くあった。次回も間違いなく利用したい。
