"When we checked in, the gentleman took my husbands credit card and then proceeded to cover his cough with it. When I said something, he didn’t understand me and then my husband explained further and wiped it off on his shirt. So to start our stay, we weren’t real happy. Hotel smelled like weed the first night. We stayed on second floor, stair and elevator access was nice. Room wasn’t very clean. Sticky stuff on counter tops, needed to be vacuumed, bathroom needed a good scrub down (looked like it hasn’t been really fully cleaned in awhile, just wiped down). We did appreciate the early breakfast (6am) which was decent for what it was."

"Our room was not that clean. Our bed had crumbs in it. We had a medium size roach in it that we had to kill. The noise controll was terrible our neighbor next to us was very noisy all night and we got little to no sleep. He kept opening and shutting his door and talking very load. "

"Didn't have breakfast there. Even the Holiday Inn Express offers free breakfast! Entering the room, the complete air conditioner cover was laying on the floor. Like someone worked on it and never put it back. The desk clerk went there to put it back on. Not a good first impression."

"Initially We were assigned to room 206. The room was clean and nice; however, the shower stall was a disaster. We noticed and phographed black mold at the bottom of one of the walls. The next day we informed the front desk. They apologized and promptly moved us to another room- 326. Unfortunately, the shower stall in room 326 also has a black mold issue, albeit not quite as obvious as room 206. The mold is located at the bottom of the stationary panel. Therefore, we did not see it right away. We photographed it and showed to the front desk."

"We had a great stay at this property! Even though we were only there for the weekend, we really enjoyed our time. The house itself is beautiful, and the pool and outdoor jacuzzi were definitely highlights, we especially loved relaxing in the jacuzzi.The host was very accommodating, helpful, and quick to respond whenever we had questions. We did run into a small issue with the door lock not working, but he fixed it immediately, which we really appreciated.Overall, a wonderful experience and we would definitely recommend staying here! We are definitely coming back. Thanks for a great weekend! "
