Eight is Enough
12 year annual girls away. We enjoyed staying at Stoney J’s. It was perfect for our get away. We went wine tasting in the city and enjoy all the amenities there was to offer. Would highly recommend. Joe and his wife were very responsive.

Amazing Property
We stayed here for my daughter's bachelorette weekend. The property was amazing. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. We visited several wineries within 15 miles and downtown Dahlonega within 5 minutes. The property is very private and we enjoyed walking to see the various beautiful landscape spots. Joe was very helpful with anything we needed. Nobody wanted to leave but definitely would love to stay again.

Wonderful family Getaway!
We are a family of 5( mom, dad, 6yo, 3yo, and 2 month old),plus one set of Grandparents. This cabin was the absolute perfect place to take time to getaway over the Fourth of July holiday. Our kids swam nonstop, we had loads of room and the house was outfitted so comfortably. It is gorgeous and the grounds were beautiful for walks. Loved this stay and hope to be back!

Absolutely Perfect
Our stay was absolutely perfect. It was myself, my wife, and 2 grandsons, ages 6 and 8. First of all, the cabin is beautiful, and very tastefully decorated and furnished. As far as inside the cabin, kitchen is fully furnished ( minus food of course) , and the bathrooms are furnished with plenty of linens. Outside you have a beautiful pool, large hot tub, sauna, and grill for your use. You really never have to leave the place, because everything is right there. There is also plenty of areas to walk around the property if you choose to do so. Downtown Dahlonega is minutes away if you want to do some shopping or dining. You also have Joe, the property caretaker available for any questions or issues that might arise. The pictures do not do this place justice. This is my favorite place we’ve been to, and we look forward to coming back soon. Loved everything about our visit. Thanks.

We had the best time at Stoney Js Cabin. The home and property are beautiful! Joe, the property manager, and his family are so helpful and friendly! They even gave us fishing tips! The property is so peaceful. The pool was perfect! We would definitely love to make another trip to this property.

Amazing Mountain Stay!
Photos do not do this place justice! It's absolutely beautiful and relaxing. In addition to the pool, there is a huge hot tub and sauna. The place was very relaxing and comfortable. Stephanie and Joe could not have been more helpful and detail oriented. This place was spotless and very will taken care of. This is probably the best rental I've stayed in and would highly recommend! Also about 15-20 mins from most things in the area.

Simply Beautiful
My family and I spent 3 night and had an amazing time. Pictures do not do this property justice. There is something for the youngsters and for us not so young. Fishing, swimming, hot tub, S’mores, reading a book by the pool…The property manager and his family are wonderful. Nicest people you will ever meet. They were so helpful in every way. My 2 boys had the “ Best Time EVER”! If you get the chance to visit here do not hesitate. There are many waterfalls to visit close by. Such a wonderful and beautiful place. Thank you for the memories!

The pictures don’t do this place justice. My group and I had a fantastic stay here before my wedding and really enjoyed all the amenities this place had to offer. We loved walking the property, sitting in the hot tub, and hanging by the pool. Our only issue was there were a good amount of bugs/ spiders in the house but it’s pretty expected when you’re out in the woods. Overall. I would recommend this place.

This place was perfect!! We had enough room to enjoy everyone and not be on top of each other. Joe was amazing he was right on top of things when we needed his help. We enjoyed everything about this space and hope to plan another visit in the warmer season to be able to enjoy the pool.

Even better than advertised!
The property and house are beautiful and very well kept. My family (seven total) stayed over the weekend and attended my niece's wedding at Monteluce, which was only about 3 miles down the road. The cabin was clean, great kitchen appliances, comfortable beds and a nice wood burning fireplace. The listing on VRBO shows a pool but even better is the large hot tub (even has Bluetooth for music!) and the sauna that are both located off the basement deck. It was also nice to walk the property and see the two resident donkeys as well as all the deer. The whole family had a great time and thinking about going back sometime this winter to sit in the hot tub and watch it snow! John H.

Well kept, a few bugs but I suppose in the woods, that should be expected. Beds very very comfortable and warm! I can’t say enough about the friendliness and efficiency of the property manager. Perfect Dahlonega Getaway!
Our family came to Dahlonega for the 6gap bike ride and we could not have asked for a more perfect place for our family to stay. We can't wait to come back again and stay for longer! There was so much to do at the cabin that we couldn't fit everything in with all of the outings we already had planned in town. The house itself was gorgeous, the kitchen and living room were perfect for spending time together and the bedrooms were beautiful with comfortable beds and plenty of cozy blankets. The property was even more incredible. The pool and hot tub were so fun. The tire swing and creek were so fun for the kids and the fire ring was awesome for roasting marshmallows. The property manager Joe was so kind and available to help with anything we needed. Thanks so much! We will be back!
