Very friendly and helpful staff. We checked in at midnight and the reception desk was very efficient. Lovely decor, very quirky.

We stayed in the pretty garden room which looked out onto the courtyard garden. It was so peaceful and quiet at the hotel, despite its great central location. Our room was lovely and spacious, with high windows and ceilings, and the bed/bedding were of a high standard. Sofie, who runs the hotel, couldn’t have been nicer - there were surprise birthday treats for my husband when we arrived, extra towels were provided when needed, and Sofie was discreetly on hand to offer any advice on where to visit in Brugge etc. The location was perfect for us, with beautiful canals, shops, cafes, bars etc all around the corner. Highly recommend!
