Our first room the door would not lock they moved us to 2nd room no remote for tv and phone wouldn't work 3rd room tv and phone wouldn't work. They fixed tv. Hot tub and pool were both very cold. Bathtub wouldn't hold water. Property needs some serious maintenance and remodel. Staff was nice.Breakfast was good but thats about all.

Staff was great, room was clean, but needed to be vacuumed a little better as there was some trash by the head of the bed but everything else was clean. Tub could be updated. The 2nd floor hallway didn't smell too good, could be better maybe its the carpet as it looks old and a little damaged.

Upon arrival the front desk guy wasn't pleasant. He basically just asked for my I. D and said he needed a card for my deposit. Once I made it to my room it was dirty walls and no facecloths available. There was a red stain (big) on the carpet and the wall was tapped up at the seal. This room should not charge over 50.00 a night. I was disappointed because it's a nice part of town but this hotel needs lots of updates. The only positive part was the waffle maker at breakfast. But there was in one for the entire hotel so I didn't even try. Won't stay here again.

I didn’t actually stay here because the room given was dirty, then the second room smelt of bad odor and something rotten. The curtains looked so bad. Overall even the hallways were very messy and elevator. I was given a refund but I think it should be required to update with realistic pictures every few months and reviews.

Room was clean. Check-in in easy. Breakfast was OK - unfortunately there were people who were in the breakfast room who had their phones playing a video and they were not using headphones so you also had that noise to contend with and people talking on a speakerphone to other people on a phone call. Maybe it was just a clientele lack class. Other than that places are pretty good bargain based upon this location in Dallas.

1st room tv didn't work, 2nd was filthy - hairs all over bed, strong smells, filthy walls and bathroom. had to purchase my own blanket. cigarette smoke was masked with febreze ended up being really sick due to allergies to cigarettes. as a single woman traveling don't recommend felt unsafe in hotel due to some of the guest and look of rooms. electricity also went out i work from my computer which affected my work had to leave hotel. Rating are definitly not real reviews. Due to my business had no time to look for another hotel, would never stay there or recommend
