We stayed in the unit from Nov 9-13 for a quick trip to a new city. We were supposed to get info (address and check in info) the day before we arrived. We had to ask for it twice and did not receive it until we landed in Dallas. Check in time was 3pm. 30min before, we got a message stating it was changed to 4:30 because the cleaners were late. We arrived at 4:30 and the phone number and entry code were invalid. It was impossible to get in touch with the owner. We followed someone in to the building and knocked on the door eventually receiving a message stating the cleaner would let us in. The unit was filthy and towels still wet in the dryer, which would not turn on. We had to wash and clean every vent in the dryer to get it to work. Ongoing issues …… fob never worked to get in, pool or gym. We had to follow people in each time. The ad states snacks etc…… zero of anything so don’t expect. The location was great for food places.

Shouldn't be a premier host! Edited review based on other reviews having had issues after us!
Arrived and were told not to ask front desk for help or our stay would be canceled with no refund. Went up to room after parking in garage and it was not clean. Stove and fridge were greasy and smudgy with fingerprints and stains. Floors were disgusting. Windows with nice view had hand prints and smudges all over in both living and bedroom areas so view wasn't enjoyable. Furniture was dusty and smudged with fingerprints and grime. Bathroom and bedding appeared to be only things cleaned in unit. My wife noticed an envelope on the kitchen island near the hosts welcome sign with the unit number on the envelope. She thought it was an envelope with details or a note from the host considering it was simply marked with the unit number and left unsealed. She found an eviction notice addressed to the host for unpaid utilities. We arrived on July 2 2023 and the letter to vacate was dated July 1 2023. The letter stated that all tenants needed to vacate immediately!? This is probably why the front desk can't be bothered for help! They don't want the building to know they're renting it out! There were zero snacks and extra rolls of toilet paper were hidden behind bags in upper cabinet above fridge. We had driven from Colorado for 11 hrs so we decided to clean everything ourselves. Unbelievable! The notice was disturbing and didn't make us feel welcome or comfortable for the first couple days. Luckily, we weren't bothered to vacate while we stayed! Not up to par for "premier host"!!!

Disappointment in Dallas
Stunning Location & Views, But Disappointing Stay: Slow Response, Access Issues, and Unfulfilled Promises. On the way there the host told us there was an issue with the Keyfob. She also sent a message that we were under no circumstances allowed to ask the front desk for help, or our stay would be cancelled. The pool, gym,parking, and front door access were all accessed by the FOB, which was not working for our entire stay. We literally had to wait and hope that there would be a tenant coming or going so we could sneak in. Far from the luxury experience I was imagining. The main reason I picked this place was because of the rooftop pool. Too bad it was locked without the FOB. We were told we would be reimbursed for our parking. ( $17 dollars a day) We were not. On top of that, the towels were all completely damp, they were obviously not dried all the way before being folded and put into closet. It was gross. We gave them a chance to refund us, or even respond since our stay, and they haven't. We let them know we felt a partial reimbursement, including the parking fees they said they wood reimburse us for. (as that was supposed to be included in booking) But they have yet to respond to us at all since our stay. I wouldn't recommend these hosts.

Great location in Downtown Dallas. Communication with the host was prompt and very informative. 2 parking spots come with the apartment which is gold in downtown. Walkability to restaurants and sites was easy. The place was clean. Everything was provided. Highly recommend
