We enjoyed our stay Tremendously!!! The valet met us with a smile and we’re very polite! Austin checked us in and inquired why we were visiting Irving. We were going down the street to the Toyota Music Factory for a concert. He complimented us on our positive vibe by upgrading our room to a luxurious suite with a sensational view of the city!! Loved it baby!!🙏❤️ I think his name was Oscar and he assisted us with our luggage and even gave us directions to a place. To top it off, we received a charcuterie board with meats and various cheeses and jellies and some drinks!!❤️❤️❤️ The room was very clean and the mattress was amazing! Every employee that we passed by, greeted us kindly. It’s a Beautiful place and I want to go back for the service, the cleanliness, and the food! They took excellent care of us and we appreciate it! Thank you !!

My son forgot his speaker, and when he told me, I immediately called and reported it, although it had been a few hours after we had checked out. I received a phone call several hours later from lost and found and was told there was nothing there and that they would have reported it. I continued to tell him exactly where my son left it and describing the speaking and the employee just kept saying its not there.
