They charged 40 for parking. 35 for 4 bottles of soda. Traffic could be heard all night and the guy and the front counter got rude with me while check out. Won’t go back.

The noise level from the Interstate is extreme. Hard to sleep because it's so loud.

The hotel was great but the staff was very rude and not very helpful. I had reserved two rooms for my family but the staff would not give them the rooms because i was not present even though they had copies of the confirmation and room information and provided it to the staff but still denied to give them access to the rooms. I understand the fact that i was not present but proof of the room purchased should’ve been enough information for them to access the rooms. Which doesn’t not make since i have done the same thing with other hotels and never had a problem.

The after hours staff was very nice and made sure I was accommodated and informed even with full occupancy. Checking in wasn’t as pleasant around 7:45 pm. Front Desk wouldn’t even look at me and was on his phone. However, the after hour crew were the complete opposite :)
