I booked a room for 2 nights, was expected to get in late on the first night and then my flight was messed up and i didnt get in before their 12:30am check in cut off. I knew i wouldnt be there before this time so i tried to call to let them know. Tried calling for over a span of 6 hours only to get a busy signal. Finally get in the next morning to try to check in and they canceled my reservation for a no show. So then the front desk clerk tells me to have expedia to call them and theyll submit a refund and had to find another hotel. Took expedia DAYS to get thru their busy signal and constant hang ups just to tell them they will not refund me because i was a no show. I will not recommend this hotel and don't think i will be booking through expedia again either for not seeing through the issue and just accepting the hotels policy even though they made it impossible to change or contact them. Very unhappy.

Good stay! Although I don’t know why they charge for valet parking, the parking lot is small and we didn’t have any valet provided during our stay nor did we need it. Wish it was optional to pay for valet here.

Valet only very inconvenient. Couldn’t keep the car waiting to just run up. They didn’t know where the car was parked at times. Only one elevator working and it stopped at every floor when no one was at the floor. (I was on the 8th floor) No customer service. Breakfast was empty at advertised times. Coffee was empty.

The property was very clean and staff were really nice. I didn’t really care for the valet parking considering the parking lot was right outside the entrance and there was enough parking for everybody. I also booked this hotel because of the rooftop bar but unfortunately it was closed and we didn’t find that out until we got there. Overall the room was really clean and very comfortable.

Location is perfect, once u park u can just Uber wherever. Staff was great, room ok, had no closet but places to hang things and storage under the bed. This was the 1st hotel we stayed at that had hard floors so they collect hair and dust which is expected and likely d/t being pet friendly. We stayed on the side facing the highway which was really loud. If ur a light sleeper, I highly recommend staying on the opposite side. The roof top bar is on the 9th floor but u can’t access it until 6p, when it opens. The view has a pretty sweet. Breakfast was not what we expected so if ur a breakfast person, I would recommend going out for breakfast.

The valet only parking didn't make sense to me since the parking lot was so small and on property. Feels like just another way to make a buck around that area...which is probably common for all the hotels there. Other than that I have no complaints about this hotel. Our stay was lovely and the staff during all hours were wonderful.

Not much in the area but easy for Uber / Lyft to find beds super comfy , the best shower pressure , nice staff , rooftop is only open if an event is being held by an outside vendor .

The rooms would have been nice if the rooms were cleaned properly. The shower was dirty and the floors in the room where I slept didn’t look like they were swept or vacuumed. I brought cleaning supplies to clean my bathroom and shower. You had to ask them to clean your room, we didn’t know that because the sign said room cleaning every other day because the 4th of July was a holiday. Washers downstairs were nasty, some kind of buildup in the washers and dryers. Never went to the rooftop bar because it was reserved for private events.

Our room was on the side of the highway, and we listened to vehicles travel all night long. It was a horrible experience. If i wasnt so tired, i would have definitely asked to have my room changed to the other side of the building. Perhaps better windows would solve the problem. I paid over $200 for the room and really expected a better experience for the price.
