The check in experience was probably the most unprofessional experience I’ve had in years dealing with hotel staff. No information was given on changed procedures for customers checking in. For example; room cleaning, breakfast being canceled, things like that. There were 4 of us listed checking in but only enough towels for 3 people. I called down to the frontdesk for more towels. The same person that half checked us in, took a guest for my room that had just arrived down to the laundry room and sent her up with the towels we requested for our room. Just a few things we encountered on our first day. There was more.
